Ladies Self Defense

The course goal is to provide hands on self-defense training for females. The first half of this 4 hour class is lecture and the last half is one-on-one full contact sparring with simulations of hits, chokes and grabs. Girls under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. You will be getting dirty and sweaty so wear comfortable clothes with no jewelry.

The course goal is to provide advanced strategies and concepts of personal protection. The entire class will consist of hands-on training on the shooting range.

Personal Protection Refresher Course

Michigan law requires that at each CPL renewal the licensee will need to certify that he or she has completed at least 3 hours of firearms training (including one hour of range time) in the previous six months. This course will meet that criteria and will consist of one hour of review and two hours of firing range time. Also note that the Advanced Class will also meet the renewal requirements.
